GRAND BATTLE: [c1] Grand Battle

Woohoo! So I’ve been waiting awhile for this. ONE, because it wasn’t that great when we first got it and. SECONDLY! Because the drops for these just weren’t working for me when Nexon decided to take it away till the revamp came.
What!? A girl needs to get her craft on [:

WITH THAT SAID~~~~ The new PvP “mode” for PvP is…… GRAND BATTLE!
Now that it is back however, there’s a catch LOL.
REQUIREMENTS:
Level 70 and higher.

Grand Battle is NOT available to:
Cygnus Knights (Mihile can though.)
Evan below 6th job advancedment

GETTING TO GRAND BATTLE:
Use the Dimensional Door, which is in most towns.

THE CATCH:
Grand Battle may be back, but it is time limited, exactly like Azwan with gaining Honor EXP.
You can access Grand Battle from 4PM to 10PM Pacific Standard Time on the weekdays. 1PM to 10PM Pacific Standard Time on the weekends.

GRAND BATTLE BASICS:
The NPC that get’s you sorted into the best PvP room for your character is, NPC Crawson.
Each battlefield has a max capacity of six players.
You are sorted according to Level of course. There are battlefields for Levels 70 to 199, and for Levels 120 to 200.
To help keep things fair, player health and DEF have been adjusted in the matches.
MOST skills can be used in the battlefield.
USE and ETC items cannot be used. However, Gallant Potions do spawn in the battlefield to allow MP recovery.
If an opponent kills you, they will be marked with a red target.
Players with high win rates are marked with stars.
When you die, you are revived at one of the four revive locations at random. That way you can’t be entirely camped!
Players start out in a Medium difficulty range and can move up to Advanced and Superior with better win rates.
** This last bit of info is very important. There is no time limit on battlefields. When you’re done battling, you can simply click the ROOM OUT button.

GRAND BATTLE REWARDS:
EXP based on players you’ve defeated, character level and participation time.
The harder the battlefield the better the EXP bonus. The amount of time spent on a battlefield increased your Gallant Gauge.
If you don’t do anything in the battlefield your Gallant Gauge will decrease. The point is to fill it up for Gallant Emblems.
Gallant Emblems can be used with NPC Larson for all kinds of great items!
Any Gallant Emblems gained must be claimed before midnight PST each day or they will be reset.
Cumulative win records and consecutive kills will also be reset at midnight Pacific.
NPC Larson got an improved shop inventory with level 130 equipment sets.

BONUS POTENTIAL: [c2]
Okay so this little bit of update has certainly caught my eye, but it has DEFINITELY! Caught my sisters and she is just itching to try it out.
I’m not gonna take away from how MapleStory to decided to explain it, because I myself have yet to try it out. I don’t wanna reword anything and take it outta context! Copypasta<3

Equipment items can now be upgraded to have Bonus Potential.
Equipment must have Potential (of any Tier) before Bonus Potential can be added.
Bonus Potential has Rare, Epic, Unique and Legendary Tiers.
An icon next to the Bonus Potential line shows which Tier it is.
Regular Potential does not affect the Tier or stats of Bonus Potential.
Bonus Potential can be added with Slot Carvers. Basic and Intermediate Potential Slot Carvers drop from normal monsters, while Advanced drop from bosses. Superior Potential Slot Carvers can be found in the Gachapon.
Silver and Gold Potential Slot Carvers have a chance to unlock a second line of Bonus Potential. Silver and Golden Potential Slot Carvers are only currently available through Cash Shop special promotions.
Bonus Potential can be reset with Carved Miracle Cubes, only available in the Cash Shop. Carved Miracle Cubes do not affect regular Potential.

GACHAPON REVAMP: [c9]
HOLYFLIPPINFINALLY.
I never Gacha’d because of how each town had a different reward pit, now maybe I will Gacha!

The Gachapon systems have undergone extensive renovations! All of the rewards from the Chair, Mount, Nebulite and regular Gachapon have been merged into one single machine: The Great Gachapierrot.

The Great Gachapierrot!
You now have a chance to receive a reward from any of the following lists; Chair, Mount, Nebulite, and regular Gachapon.
Different towns no longer give separate rewards. ALL Gachapierrot machines pull from the same rewards pool. (YESYESYES.)
Most equips under level 70 and all D-Grade Nebulites have been removed from the Gachapon, as well as various other unpopular items. (Yes the crappy one’s are MOSTLY gone, lol~)
Not to worry about your old Gacha Tickets~ Nebulite and Mount Gachapon Tickets can be traded in to the Gachapierrot for Gachapon Tickets, and have been permanently removed from the Cash Shop.
Chair Gachapon Tickets can still be double-clicked to receive chairs from the old Chair Gachapon, but has been permanently removed from the Cash Shop.
Remote Gachapon Tickets can still be used anywhere to access the Gachapierrot.
When you talk to The Great Gachapierrot to use a Gachapon Ticket, or use a Remote Gachapon Ticket from anywhere, the new Gachapon window will appear.
A list of special items is displayed in the center of the window, as well as the current ticket you are using.
You can click Start, or hit Enter, to use a ticket.
A list of the last 10 items you won from the Gachapon will be displayed in the right-hand side of the window. (Because being reminded of all the crap you get before something good comes is the greatest way to start the Maple day<3)
The Maple Administrator offers a new one-time quest, called Gachapon Reborn, to explain about the changes to the Gachapons. (Get it on this, it wont be here forever. I’m sure!)
The Maple Administrator offers a new repeatable quest, called Getcha Powergacha, which rewards a Powergacha Ticket for every 20 uses of a Gachapon Ticket.
The Powergacha Ticket has a much higher chance of getting a better item from the Gachapierrot.

LOCATIONS: Pretty much everywhere x:
