Royal Hair is part of the Cash Shop Events that Nexon will bring around from time to time. You can purchase the Royal Hair Coupon from the Cash Shop when it is available. KEEP IN MIND, that each time it comes around that the hair’s change. Sometimes we get one’s we’ve had before with new ones, others we just get a batch of one’s we’ve all seen before. So far for June, no update has been given to the available Royal Hairstyles. What is available as of 5/1/13 up until today, 6/16/13 and probably until Unleashed get’s here or even into July– Are listed here.

That is a female Luminous character creation hair, Twinkle Hair to be exact! Right now, it is only available when creating a female Luminous. Though Royal Hair Coupons have been known to add in character specific hair(s) and face(s).

It comes and goes sadly~ The Royal Hair & Faces rotate at Nexon’s discretion. We can only hope that hair makes it’s turn into the coming Royal Coupon rotation.
but, is it in the hair salon ?
Short answer is, no. Long answer;
Royal Coupons have a set amount of what is available in their rotation. They limit the Hair to about 9 options, and the faces to about 8 options. Sometimes a few more in either.
The reason behind that is so the chances of getting what’s available is better. If they had it so you could get any Royal Hair/Face from one coupon… The chances of getting what you want are gonna be nearly impossible and it’s gonna cost a crap ton of $$!

You can find the Royal Coupons in the Cash Shop, I play gMS so I couldn’t tell you where exactly they are for you on MapleSEA. However Royal Coupon(s) are a Cash Shop Event, so if the CS Event is in progress then the Coupons are available for purchase.
I actually made a post pertaining to your question on how to customize Angelic Buster at the beginning of this year.
On gMS we have the new Cash Shop, it’s super pretty and very user friendly *-*

Yes, when the Royal Coupons are no longer in the Cash Shop the Cash Shop Event for them has ended.
It looks like the colors for the kitty hair have changed a bit. There is now a white version that is called orange, and the orange version has replaced the blonde.
I’m a bit disappointed because I actually wanted the pale blonde… :(
Well the good news is that, you are most certainly not alone with this issue. It has been taken to the forum and ticket(s) have been submitted. I urge you to submit a ticket as well so that attention can be fully brought to this problem!

Can I confirm that there is no royal hairstyle female as of the month of june 2014?
Becoz there are no royal hairstyle coupon available as for now only the 9th Anniversary hairstyle is available now in the cash shop.
